Please read these terms of service (“Terms” or “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://embedworkflow.com website, application integration platform, and related services (“Service”) provided by Amrani Ventures LLC (“Embed Workflow®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms in whole or any part, you may not use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uptime or availability. Enterprise customers may be eligible for Service Level Agreements with specific uptime commitments. Please contact sales@embedworkflow.com for enterprise agreements.
In order to access and use the Service, you are required to open an account (“User Account”) by registering with Embed Workflow®. When you create a User Account with us, you guarantee that: - You are above the age of 18 - The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current - You will update such information to keep it current at all times - You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
Upon proper registration and opening of a User Account, and subject to these Terms, Embed Workflow® grants you a personal, non-transferable right and license to use the Service until termination by either party in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and password - Restricting access to your computer and/or User Account - All activities that occur under your User Account and/or password - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
You retain ownership of any data, information, or material originated or transmitted by you through the Service (“User Data”). You are solely responsible for: - The accuracy, quality, content and legality of User Data - The means by which User Data is acquired - The transmission of User Data outside of the Service
You represent and warrant that: - You have all rights necessary to transmit User Data through the Service - Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws - You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected subscription plan.
By purchasing a Subscription you agree to: - Pay Embed Workflow® the fees indicated for that Service - Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information - Allow automatic charging of the payment method on file
Unless cancelled, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms. You may cancel your Subscription through the Service interface or by contacting customer support.
Embed Workflow® reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time with reasonable notice. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
While we have no obligation to provide refunds, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support@embedworkflow.com for refund requests.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service will immediately cease - We may delete your User Account and Data - All Terms provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Embed Workflow® and its licensees, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from: - Your use of the Service - Any breach of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any User Data submitted through your account
In no event shall Embed Workflow® be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: - Your access to or use of the Service - Your inability to access or use the Service - Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service - Any unauthorized access to your data - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes: - We will provide notice at least 30 days in advance - We will determine what constitutes a material change - Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new Terms
