What applications can integrate with Embed Workflow?
Our workflow builder works with any web application, requiring only HTML for integration.
What happens if I go over my monthly action limit?
If you exceed your current plan’s action limit, each additional action will be billed at 1.2x of your current plan’s price-per-action, rounded up to the third decimal point.
As the larger plans have a lower cost-per-action, this means that the overage cost will depend on the specific plan you have.
For example, the Growth plan is $159/mo. and includes 8,000 actions, which is $0.0199 per action. Multiply this by 1.25 to get the overage cost-per-action: $0.0248.
So, 1,000 actions over the limit would cost $24.80 on the Growth plan.
What are the key components of a workflow?
Workflows consist of triggers that initiate automation and actions that execute tasks. Your users can combine these to create their automated processes.
What pricing plans do you offer?
We offer four pricing plans:
Sandbox ($0) – 500 free actions to build and test workflows, no credit card required.
Starter ($79/mo) – 2,000 actions per month, up to 25 users, with unlimited workflows, triggers, and action types, plus Slack-based support.
Growth ($159/mo) – 8,000 actions per month, unlimited users, unlimited workflows, triggers, and action types, with Slack-based support.
Professional ($299/mo) – 25,000 actions per month, custom code action type, unlimited users, workflows, triggers, and action types, white-glove workflow setup, and priority Slack-based support.
For enterprise clients, we also offer volume-based prices at lower costs.
What support do you provide?
Support happens directly in Slack rather than through tickets or tiered systems. Each company gets its own dedicated Slack channel, where messages go straight to the engineers, product leads, and integration experts who built the platform—not to third-party support staff.
In these channels, the Embed Workflow team can help you with both troubleshooting and workflow design. They’ll work with you to map logic, set up triggers, connect systems, or debug issues in real time. They can also advise on best practices, performance, and custom webhooks, providing direct and practical help whenever it’s needed.
If you’d rather not use Slack, we can also provide support via email.
