Support Engineer

Embed Workflow is a powerful in-app workflow builder that integrates seamlessly into software platforms. We help SaaS companies add workflow automation capabilities for their users without months of development work.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our growing team and help customers succeed with Embed Workflow. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours/week) with a 1-2 month trial period, with potential to grow as we do.

We’re building coverage across multiple timezones - candidates in EMEA, APAC, or LATAM regions are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Help developers successfully implement Embed Workflow in their applications
  • Identify common pain points and communicate them to the product team
  • Contribute to support documentation and FAQs
  • Participate in improving our onboarding experience

Who You Are

  • Technical background - comfortable reading code and understanding APIs
  • Strong written communicator - clear and professional in English
  • Patient problem-solver - you enjoy helping others succeed
  • Self-motivated - comfortable working independently
  • Experience with SaaS products, developer tools, or technical support is a plus
